Founder & CEO
Kristal Farmer is a strategic communications and change management leader who helps organizations make change stick. With more than 16 years of experience, she works alongside utility companies and federal energy agencies to turn high-stakes transitions into opportunities to build trust, align teams, and deliver results.
A Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and PMP-certified project manager, Kristal specializes in helping leaders communicate clearly and confidently through change—whether it’s a new policy, a leadership shift, a system overhaul, or a public-facing crisis. She’s known for bringing order to complexity, guiding organizations through uncertainty with calm, clarity, and structure.

Her work has been recognized with Hermes, MarCom, Davey, and NYX Gold Awards for its clarity, impact, and effectiveness.
She holds an MBA from George Mason University and a BBA in Communications & Advertising from Baruch College. Kristal is known for her collaborative approach, practical mindset, and ability to cut through the noise—helping organizations lead with confidence in an industry that never stands still.
